I am a research professional looking at the role of T cells in neurological conditions. My project involves investigating CD4+ T cell responses towards influenza antigens in narcolepsy using DNA barcoded multimers. Understanding T cell responses towards influenza will help us explain the increase in narcolepsy incidence following surges in influenza infections and ultimately better understand the disease.
