About

I am a research engineer and software consultant, specializing in signal and data processing tools and algorithms for the biomedical field. I have worked on a number of sleep related projects at Stanford University, including automated detection and analysis of periodic leg movements, spectral analysis of EEG in subjects with myotonic dystrophy, and automated sleep stage scoring and narcolepsy classification from overnight polysomnography studies. I develop and maintain software tools at the Stanford Sleep Lab and also assist with the collection, cleaning, and organization of sleep data sets.
